Order denying plaintiff's motion to declare defendants' answer a nullity upon the ground that it is not properly verified, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Plaintiff's time to reply to the counterclaim alleged in the answer is extended until ten days after service of a copy of the order hereon Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
