Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus and the response thereto. The defendant is being held without bond on case no. F18-3371. There is insufficient evidence and findings of fact in the record to support same. It is ordered that the petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The court shall hold a hearing by 6 pm today to consider what, if any conditions of pretrial release are appropriate and to make findings of fact in support of same and in compliance with the Florida Statutes and Rules of Criminal Procedure.
