On March 21, 2022, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Prosecution (motion to dismiss). This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California on March 21, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. This case was subsequently recalled on March 22, 2022. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and orally moved the Court for a continuance in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss, filed March 21, 2022, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for a continuance is granted in that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 6, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
