This case is calendared for a remote trial at the Salt Lake City, Utah, Trial Session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on June 7, 2021. Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Continuance filed May 12, 2021. On May 18, petitioners filed a Response objecting to respondent's motion for continuance. ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed May 12, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the June 7, 2021, Salt Lake City, Utah trial calendar and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 2, 2021, the parties shall submit to the Court a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
