STIPULATION AND ORDER
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned counsel for parties to this action that the time within which counter-claim defendant Stiles A. Kellett, Jr. may answer or move against the operative counterclaims of the counterclaimants Associated Electric Gas Insurance Services Limited, Continental Casualty Company, Gulf Insurance Company, SR International Business Company, and Twin City Fire Insurance Company is extended to and including February 22, 2005. The execution of this Stipulation shall not and does not constitute a waiver of any defense available herein.
