Petitioner having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court Orleans County, rendered October 12, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks an extension of time to appeal pursuant to CPL 460.30 (see CPLR 5513 [a]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks poor person relief is dismissed.
