Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The court order of December 23, 2013, revoking bond in case number 13–CF–16390 is hereby quashed. The effect of this order will be that the October 31, 2013, order setting bond at $15,000 in case number 13–CF–16390 is reinstated.
