The petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. He was subsequently ordered to show cause why his petition should not be dismissed as unauthorized. The Court having considered petitioner's response to the Court's order to show cause dated January 20, 2009, this case is hereby dismissed. See Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
