An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 1, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom,Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from the attorney for defendant-appellant dated November 13, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
