ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 4, 2022. This case was called and recalled from the calendar at the Trial Session of the Court on March 28, 2022, at Tampa, Florida. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard on the pending motion. Upon due consideration of the foregoing and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 4, 2022, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 27, 2022, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 4, 2022, should not be granted and a decision entered for the amounts and for the year set forth in respondent's motion.
