This case was calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, October 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

On September 15, 2022, petitioner, Brenda Roach, filed a Motion for Continuance, indicating therein that respondent did not object to the granting of Ms. Roach's motion.

On October 17, 2022, this case was called and recalled from the calendar at the remote trial session of the Court for cases in which San Antonio, Texas, was the designated place of trial. The parties each appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Brenda Roach's Motion for Continuance, filed on September 15, 2022, is granted and this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
