On December 29, 2023, docket entry 15, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that respondent's counsel anticipates that the parties will move to consolidate all related cases for trial, briefing, and opinion, if a trial is necessary. The parties request that the Court order a Status Report to be filed in this case on or after June 28, 2024.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
