PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered June 4, 2019, and to adjourn oral argument of this proceeding and remove it from the day calendar for May 20, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief and the time is extended to May 26, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as moot.
