DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered June 11, 2012, to deem the notice of appeal dated July 6, 2012 to be a premature notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered August 2, 2012.
