This appeal is before the court for the second time. Rivers v. State, 526 So.2d 983 (Fla. 4th DCA 1988). We have reviewed the evidentiary issues now appealed and have determined that reversible error has not been demonstrated by the appellant.

Accordingly, we affirm the sentence and conviction.

Affirmed.
