JOHNATHON RIVERS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 5 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F16-57301-L & F16-57302-L

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's June 9, 2107 pro se motion for discovery. On December 6, 2016, appellant was convicted and sentenced for two aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon offenses. Appellant filed his pro se notices of appeal May 15, 2017. His notices were untimely, and we lacked jurisdiction over these appeals. In light of this, we dismissed these appeals on May 24, 2017.

We DENY appellant's motion for want of jurisdiction.
