ORDER ON APPLICATION
Separate applications by the respondents Robin Bliss, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, and Alan McDonald pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 18, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time of the respondents Robin Bliss, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, and Alan McDonald to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until October 6, 2011, and the briefs of the respondents Robin Bliss, St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, and Alan McDonald must be served and filed on or before that date.
