Riverbridge Court Condominium, by its Board of Managers, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. The Gospel Missionary Baptist Church, Defendant-Appellant, The New York City Parking Violations Bureau, The New York City Environmental Control Board, Defendants.
Defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 20, 2019, as well as a collateral New York County Housing Court proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the Supreme Court's order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from counsel for defendant-appellant dated September 19, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
