OPINION AND ORDER

Petitioner Ralph Rivera moves, pursuant to Rule 60(b) (5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to have this Court reconsider its earlier denial of his motion to vacate his sentence. Petitioner, however, presents no grounds upon which to question the soundness of this Court's earlier decision. Additionally, Petitioner acknowledges that the Court of Appeals has rejected his request for a certificate of appealability with respect to this Court's judgment. Accordingly, Petitioner's motion is without merit and is hereby denied.

SO ORDERED.
