An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 29, 2021,

And respondent-appellant having moved to stay enforcement and/or implementation of the aforesaid order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal and for alternative relief, And an interim order having been issued by a Justice of this Court, dated November 26, 2021, staying enforcement of the order pending a decision on the within motion (M-2021-04012), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion to stay enforcement and/or implementation of the aforesaid order pending the hearing and determination of the appeal is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the March 2022 Term of this Court.
