STIPULATED DISMISSAL AND ORDER


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between ISMAEL RIVERA, Plaintiff, on the one hand, and Defendant ED STATIONS, INC. dba MAHR'S TEXACO AND TOWING, on the other hand, through their respective attorneys of record that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1) and (2), this Court enter a dismissal with prejudice of all remaining Defendants. Additionally, Plaintiff requests that Plaintiff's Compalint be dismissed in its entirety.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.

IT IS SO ORDERED that the above-entitled matter be dismissed in its entirety.
