Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike Zenaida Rivera, filed January 11, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 2, 2024, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
