ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada trial session beginning December 12, 2022. On November 21, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that petitioner has provided documentation to respondent to substantiate his position and therefore, respondent intends to concede the case in full. Respondent also requested additional time to file a decision document. Based on the status report received, the Court continued this matter, retained jurisdiction and ordered a status report on or before January 20, 2023. Respondent has submitted a second status report requesting another 30 days to submit a decision in this matter.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 24, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
