Armando Rivera, Appellant, v. Steve Cline and Suzanne Cline, Appellees.
Armando Rivera, pro se, Appellant. No appearance for Appellees.
Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.
On appeal from the County Court for Clay County. Timothy R. Collins, Judge.
Armando Rivera, pro se, Appellant.
No appearance for Appellees.
Per Curiam.
Armando Rivera filed a notice of appeal with the trial court clerk on July 21, 2021. He indicated that he was appealing an order rendered on June 24, 2021, but he failed to attach the order to be reviewed, as required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(d). He then failed to file the order in a timely fashion after being directed to do so by this court. No document appearing in the record on appeal as being filed around June 24, 2021, is a final order or an appealable non-final order. In response to an order to show cause, Rivera claims a final judgment that appears to have been rendered in September 2020 is the one on review. He has not pointed this court to any motion that would have tolled rendition of that order, so an appeal of that order over nine months later would be untimely in any event.
This appeal fails for want of jurisdiction.
Dismissed.
