An appeal having been taken to this Court by defendants NTT Services and Pritchard Industries Inc. from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 19, 2018, And defendants NTT Services and Pritchard Industries Inc. having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed one seeking to vacate the dismissal of the appeal (22 NYCRR 1250[c]) and, as such, is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the June 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
