On June 12, 2024, this court issued its opinion and judgment affirming the trial court's judgment. Appellant's motion for rehearing is due on June 27, 2024. On June 24, 2024, appellant filed a notice of bankruptcy filing and notice of automatic stay of proceedings. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.1-.2. This appeal is ABATED for administrative purposes only and will be treated as closed unless timely reinstated by proper motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 8.2-.3; see also Endovasc, Inc. v. Dow Chem. Co., No. 09-06-114 CV, 2008 WL 597806, at *1 (Tex. App.-Beaumont Feb. 28, 2008, no pet.).
