This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on January 29, 2024, in Tampa, Florida. On January 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. By Order served on the parties on January 16, 2024, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing, on or before January 26, 2024, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to properly prosecute. On January 26, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision that resolves all issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served on the parties on January 16, 2024, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed January 12, 2024, is denied as moot.
