Appeals from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (O'DUNNE, J.).

Suit by Edward T. Rittler against Mildred C. Rittler for divorce a vinculo matrimonii, wherein respondent filed a cross-bill. From a decree ruling on prayers of cross-bill for permanent alimony and counsel fee, wife appeals; and from order denying further alimony, fees and costs, pending her first appeal. Affirmed.

The cause was argued before BOND, C.J., SLOAN, JOHNSON, DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, FORSYTHE, and MARBURY, JJ.

Raymond M. Duvall for the appellant.
