William J. Ristey & Elizabeth W. Ristey Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent
ORDER
Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.
On August 4, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On August 16, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a supplement to his motion. On September 7, 2021, respondent filed a Response to Order respondent shall file a Supplement to Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. However, further review indicates that respondent's filing on September 7, 2021, appears to be more akin to a supplement to his motion filed on August 4, 2021.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Response to Order respondent shall file a Supplement to Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 7, 2021, is recharacterized as respondent's Supplement to Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
