Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and tried to the court, Hauser, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, Novack, J., granted the defendant's motion for an order to effectuate the sale of the former marital residence, and the plaintiff appealed to this court; subsequently, the court granted the defendant's motion for contempt and sanctions and the defendant's motion to modify the alimony award, and the plaintiff filed an amended appeal to this court. Affirmed.
