In an action to set aside a judgment and for other relief, plaintiffs appeal from an order dismissing the complaint, pursuant to rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice, on the ground that it fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Beldock, JJ., concur.
