ORDER
After we granted Appellant's first, second, and third motions for extension of time to file the brief, Appellant's brief was due on July 31, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On July 31, 2017, Appellant's counsel filed a motion for a fourth extension of time to file the brief until August 30, 2017, for a total extension of one hundred and sixty days. Appellant's counsel also requested the appellate record be supplemented with State's exhibit #13, a trial court exhibit.
We ORDER the court reporter to file a copy of State's exhibit #13 with this court no later than August 15, 2017. We further GRANT Appellant's fourth motion for extension of time. Appellant's brief is due no later than August 30, 2017. We warn Appellant that NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME TO FILE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE GRANTED.
