Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 23, 2019 and October 15, 2019,

And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pro se, to vacate the dismissal of appeal for the January 23, 2019 order, and upon reinstatement, for renewal of her request for leave to prosecute the appeal, as a poor person, and for an extension of time in which to perfect both appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal taken from the October 15, 2019 order (Case No. 2020-01465) to the May 2021 Term and is otherwise denied. ENTERED: December 22, 2020
