On August 18, 2021, Randolf Krebechek filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel (Entry No. 48) seeking leave to withdraw as counsel for petitioner in this case. On August 18, 2021, Mr. Krebechek electronically filed a second Motion To Withdraw as Counsel (Entry No. 49). That second motion to withdraw is essentially the same as the first motion to withdraw. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Krebechek's Motion To Withdraw (Entry No. 49) filed August 18, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 22, 2021, petitioner and respondent each shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described first motion to withdraw (Entry No. 48). Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion.
