ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 1, 2022, is set for hearing at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session, scheduled to commence on May 2, 2022, at 10:00am PDT, in Room 2-1408, Burton Federal Bldg. & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue San Francisco, CA 94102.
