ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On January 10, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the attorney who signed that filing on behalf of respondent, Peter T. McCary, has not entered an appearance in this case. Consequently, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 28, 2022, Peter T. McCary shall file an entry of appearance for respondent in this case. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision will be held in abeyance pending the filing of the above-referenced entry of appearance.
