The clerk's record has been filed in this appeal. Under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(c), if a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record, the appellate court may direct the trial court clerk to prepare, certify, and file a supplemental record containing the omitted items. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The clerk's record in this case does not contain, among other things:
1. The 6/20/2024 notice of hearing as reflected in the Case Summary or
2. The 7/10/2024 Request for Writ of Possession as reflected in the Case Summary.
3. Any writs of possession or execution, or officer's (sheriffs) return of such writs
Accordingly, we order the Bexar County Clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing all of the documents above, along with any other record documents not already included in the clerk's record filed August 5, 2024 (including any writs of execution), in this court on or before August 23, 2024. See id.
