BANKING, § 158 — dissolution suit by State auditor. Where bank had not been doing banking business for nearly ten years, and obligations to general creditors were unpaid, right to dissolve corporation bank and distribute its assets was vested exclusively in State auditor, under provisions of Banking Act.
