Upon due consideration of the record in the above-captioned matter at Docket No. 17910-23 and that of the related proceeding at Docket No. 18560-23, which is being closed by separate Order as duplicative, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to apply the filing fee paid in the case at Docket No. 18560-23 to this case at Docket No. 17910-23. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of the case at Docket No. 17910-23 shall be amended to read: "Marilyn Ringstaff, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to add the letter "L" to the docket record and other records of the Court and to process this case to trial or other disposition according to the Lien and Levy Action procedures provided by Rules 330 et seq., Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
