On October 13, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid for this case. On October 14, 2022, petitioners paid the Court's filing fee.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Change Place of Trial to San Diego, California, by Marshall Dean Sage on Behalf of Petitioners, filed September 22, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion to Change Place of Trial to San Diego, California. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2022, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioners' Motion to Change Place of Trial to San Diego, California.
