This cause is before the Court on the State's motion to direct the trial court clerk to forward to this Court original exhibits admitted at trial in Cause No. 12-CR-2436-E(S2). The State is requesting that recordings played at trial and labeled as SX # 328, SX # 380, and SX # 383 be sent to this Court.

The Court, having fully examined and considered the State's motion to direct the trial court clerk to forward original exhibits, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. Appellee's motion is hereby GRANTED. The clerk of the trial court is hereby ORDERED to forward original exhibits labeled as SX # 328, SX # 380, and SX # 383 in trial court Cause No. 12-CR-2436-E(S2) to this Court within fifteen days from the date of this order.
