On December 14, 2021, the parties electronically filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the Settlement Stipulation, the Court notes that the Settlement Stipulation refers to the "attached Statement of Account" even though there is no attachment to the Settlement Stipulation.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed December 14, 2021, and the parties' Settlement Stipulation, filed December 14, 2021, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
