MARK RINES, Appellant v. CITY OF CARROLLTON, Appellee

On Appeal from the 134th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-07615

ORDER

The reporter's record is overdue in this appeal. On March 1, 2016, we received confirmation from appellant that he has requested the reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER Vielica Dobbins, official court reporter of the 134th Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order. Because the record is already three months overdue, no further extensions will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Vielica Dobbins, official court reporter, 134th Judicial District Court, and to counsel for all parties.
