Decided June 22, 1934.

Motion for an appeal from Marion Circuit Court.

In a suit by appellee against the estate of R.L. Purdy, deceased, for an attorney's fee for services rendered in the settlement of that estate, there was judgment for the appellee in the sum of $250 with a lien on a $500 note, a claimed asset of the estate, to secure such sum.
