For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction at the Court's February 28, 2024, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) and 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceedings that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy will preside over the proceeding.
