On October 28, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On December 1, 2021, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On January 27, 2023, petitioner filed a First Supplement to Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2023, respondent shall file a Response to petitioner's Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented.
