On December 6, 2023, the Commissioner (respondent) filed an Answer in this case. On December 27, 2023, respondent filed another Answer, which appears to be duplicative of the previously filed Answer.

On February 21, 2024, petitioner Meghan Ann Riley, pursuant to the Court's Order served February 16, 2024, filed a document improperly titled Answer.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer, filed December 6, 2023, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Answer, filed February 21, 2024, is recharacterized as a Response to Court's Order Served February 16, 2024.
