On December 1, 2023, petitioner electronically filed a document titled First Amendment to Petition, which indicated that it included attachments. However, that filing actually consisted of one page with no attachments. In addition, that one page appears to be duplicative of one of the pages of the Petition filed November 7, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced First Amendment to Petition is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
