This case is calendared for trial at the October 2, 2023, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Trial Session of the Court.

On June 7, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (motion) requesting the Court to remove this case from the trial session of the Court and restore the case to the general trial docket. Petitioner's counsel's views on the granting of this motion were unknown. By Order served June 12, 2023, the Court directed counsel for petitioner, on or before June 26, 2023, to file a response to respondent's motion.

On June 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time. On June 26, 2023, petitioner's counsel filed a response to Motion for Continuance, along with a response to Motion for Extension of Time indicating that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motions. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued and restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 2, 2023, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Response to Motion for Extension of Time (Index #13), filed June 26, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record.

The parties' obligation to file the administrative record pursuant to Rule 93 is relieved.
