Appeal and error — decision by divided court.

Divorce action in the Hennepin County District Court. After findings, John A. Weeks, Judge, granting the divorce and awarding defendant wife certain property, she appealed from an order denying her motion for a new trial. Affirmed.

The members of the court being equally divided, the order of the lower court is affirmed without opinion. No costs or disbursements are allowed any party.

Affirmed.
